By accessing this Website, registering as a visitor, exhibitor, or vendor, or attending the Marcellus International Houseware Show (“the Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and your participation in the Event, whether as a visitor, exhibitor, vendor, sponsor, or any other capacity.
1.2 By registering on this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.
1.3 MIHS reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
2.1 MIHS is a business-to-business (B2B) trade exhibition. Visitor registration is open to trade professionals, including retailers, wholesalers, importers, exporters, distributors, interior designers, and other industry buyers.
2.2 MIHS reserves the right to verify the trade credentials of any visitor or exhibitor and to refuse or cancel registration at its sole discretion, including in cases of incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.
2.3 The Event is not open to the general public. Entry may be denied to individuals who do not meet the trade-visitor criteria.
3.1 Visitor registration for MIHS is free of charge for verified trade professionals, subject to the terms herein.
3.2 Visitors must carry a valid business identification (visiting card, company ID, GST certificate, or similar) at the time of registration and entry.
3.3 Registration does not guarantee entry. MIHS reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who does not meet eligibility requirements or who fails to comply with venue and security protocols.
3.4 Visitor badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times within the exhibition premises.
4.1 Exhibition space is allotted only upon submission of a complete Exhibitor Profile form and confirmation of booking by the MIHS team.
4.2 Stall rates, packages, and payment terms will be communicated directly by the MIHS team and are subject to a separate Exhibitor Agreement, which will take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in matters of stall booking, payment, and cancellation.
4.3 Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that all products, promotional material, and conduct at their stall comply with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to intellectual property, trade licensing, and consumer protection regulations.
4.4 MIHS reserves the right to reject, relocate, or remove any exhibitor or stall that, in its sole judgment, is found to be in breach of these Terms, the Exhibitor Agreement, or venue regulations.
4.5 Full or partial payment towards stall booking, once made, is subject to the cancellation and refund policy specified in the Exhibitor Agreement.
5.1 Show timings for MIHS 2026 are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Day 1 and Day 2 (July 24–25), and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Day 3 (July 26).
5.2 MIHS reserves the right to alter the Event dates, timings, venue, hall allocation, or format due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government regulations, force majeure events, venue unavailability, or safety concerns. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.
5.3 MIHS shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage incurred by a visitor, exhibitor, or vendor as a result of any such changes.
6.1 All visitors, exhibitors, and vendors must comply with the rules and regulations of Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 MIHS reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue policies, without any obligation to provide a refund or compensation.
6.3 Photography, videography, or recording for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent from MIHS.
7.1 All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the MIHS name and branding, is the property of Marcellus Exhibitions and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
7.2 Exhibitor and sponsor logos displayed on the Website remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission for promotional purposes related to the Event.
8.1 MIHS, its organisers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after the Event, except where such loss or damage arises from our proven negligence.
8.2 Visitors, exhibitors, and vendors attend and participate at their own risk. It is recommended that exhibitors arrange appropriate insurance cover for their goods, stall fittings, and personnel.
8.3 MIHS does not guarantee specific business outcomes, footfall numbers, or sales results for exhibitors as a result of participation in the Event.
9.1 Personal and business information submitted through visitor, exhibitor, or vendor registration forms will be used for Event-related communication, badge processing, and legitimate marketing purposes connected to MIHS.
9.2 By registering, you consent to being contacted via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding the Event.
9.3 MIHS does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties. For further detail, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including exhibitor and sponsor websites, for informational convenience. MIHS is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
